"Ohana means “Family.” And though Ohana might not be Japanese, to me, it means pretty much the same thing where a family doesn’t just leave you to make it through tough Judo training alone.
In fact, it means that they go through every second of training together with you, making training fun, unforgettable and fruitful. That’s what makes The Dojo an amazing place.
It is my second home, where I know that there’s always a warm, encouraging family pushing me to achieve greater things, always ready to help me up when I fall. Judo may be an individual sport, but I know that I will never be alone on the mats because I have got The Dojo family behind me.
It's the best place to be."
