The Dojo offers classes for teens and adults who want to break a sweat and build a fitter frame. During our training sessions, you can expect to improve your speed and agility while learning defensive moves which include learning to grapple ground and stand up.
These classes are ideal for those who want to enhance physical strength and endurance.
Additionally, you will be in a supportive team of like-minded individuals and expand your social circle!
